Production Blog: Editing Day

 Today was the day we were going to finalize our film. We woke up at 10 a.m. and we all texted each other in the group chat. I first ate breakfast and walked my dog. Then I let everyone in the group chat know that they can start heading towards my house. First to arrive to my house was Sam. This is because he biked to my house as Zeyn and Jhon were still trying to find a ride. Eventually they both made it and we began to setup the editing area. I brought a bunch of chairs and snacks for us to eat while editing. We then started editing by slinging all the clips onto the computer. Once we finished that we began to convert all the clips to CapCut editing software. We then started to edit and used a lot of the ideas we brainstormed the other day. We finished editing the final product in about 3 hours. It was not easy but we are very happy with the results. We then rendered the finished product to save it to the computer. Once the film was saved to the computer I sent it to all of our phones so we can all have our own copy. We then ordered some pizza as we were really hungry. After eating we hung out a little more and talked. After which it was time for everyone to leave. Zeyn and Jhon had to Uber hone as their original driver was no longer available. Sam biked home as thats how he got here originally. Overall it was a very successful and enjoyable day.

Production Blog: Preparing

 We haven't filmed for our project yet for several reasons. Firstly, scheduling conflicts among group members have made it challenging to find a time when everyone is available. Secondly, we've been grappling with selecting the perfect location that aligns with our vision and is logistically feasible. Thirdly, we've encountered technical difficulties with our equipment, which have delayed our filming plans. Additionally, we've been refining our script and storyboard to ensure that our narrative is cohesive and compelling. Moreover, we've been conducting extensive research to accurately portray the themes and concepts we want to explore in our project.
